When a system has no API, we build the integration layer through database, files or an intermediate service. The route depends on what the vendor allows.

To the company, always. We hand over the repository, the technical documentation and knowledge transfer to your internal team. We don't work with vendor lock-in: if one day you want to bring maintenance in-house or move to another partner, you have everything you need.

Technically yes, but it rarely pays off. An AI agent answers based on what it finds in your systems. If the data is inconsistent or scattered, it will be confidently wrong, which is worse than not answering. That's why we recommend integrating, structuring and only then automating. In some cases the foundation is already good and we go straight to AI. The assessment reveals which path makes sense.
